Refund requests will be considered based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. The percentage of refund is calculated on the total project cost.

Project Stage    Refund Eligibility    Description

Before project initiation    100% Refund    If the client cancels the project before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

At the beginning stage    90% Refund    If the project has just started (initial research, planning, or design concept stage), a 10% service charge will be deducted to cover administrative and consultation costs.

After 50% project completion    40% Refund    If the project is halfway completed, 60% of the project cost will be retained to compensate for time, effort, and resources spent.
Final stage / project near completion    No Refund    Once the project enters the final phase or is completed, no refund will be issued due to the substantial time and creative value invested.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

The project has been delayed due to client-side feedback or communication delays.

The client fails to provide necessary information, content, or approvals within the agreed timeline.

Any third-party costs (domain, hosting, ads, stock assets, or plugins) are non-refundable once purchased.

To request a refund, the client must:

Email a written refund request to [your email address] stating the reason for cancellation.

The request will be reviewed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
 

In rare cases where [Your Agency Name] terminates a project for reasons other than client violation of terms, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the uncompleted portion of work.

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

Ongoing Social Media Management

Subscription-based or retainer services
