• Payment terms will be mentioned in your project proposal or invoice.

• Work will begin only after the agreed upfront payment is completed.

• All payments are non-refundable once the project or service has started (unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy).

• Timelines depend on the scope of work and client cooperation.

• Delays in providing required content, materials, or approvals may extend deadlines.

Clients must provide accurate information, branding materials, content, and timely approvals needed to complete the project.
Any delay from the client’s side may affect timelines and delivery.

• Revision limits will be clearly stated in the proposal.

• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs.

• Ad spend for Google, Meta, or other platforms is always paid separately by the client.

• Taggit is not responsible for platform policies, ad rejections, or downtime.

• Ad budgets are non-refundable once spent on third-party platforms.

• All designs and marketing materials created by Taggit remain our property until full payment is completed.

• After payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless stated otherwise.

• Taggit may use completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

• We respect your privacy. Any sensitive or business information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be shared without your permission.

• Taggit may terminate a project or service if:

• Payments are not made on time

• The client is unresponsive

• Client violates these Terms
  Clients may terminate projects based on our Refund Policy rules.

• Taggit is not responsible for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data

• Website or ad platform downtime

• Third-party service issues (hosting, payment gateways, ad platforms)

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
